2. Your request reaches matched factories
Verified manufacturers in your product category see your request (masked: product, quantity, country — never your contact details).
3. Manufacturers reply with quotes
Price, MOQ, lead time and a message. You get an email plus one private link where all replies sit side by side.
4. You reply → contact details unlock
Answer the offers you like. At that moment both sides see each other's contact details. Manufacturers who don't hear back never see yours.
5. Deal directly with the factory
Samples, negotiation, shipping — between you and the manufacturer. No commission, no middlemen.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free for buyers?
Yes, completely. Searching suppliers, sending requests and receiving quotes cost nothing, and there is no commission on your orders. Manufacturers are our members on the sister site ihracatyap.com.
Do I need an account?
No. You submit a request with your email; we send you a private link to view and answer replies. Keep that link private — it is your access.
When are contact details shared?
Only on mutual interest. Manufacturers see your request and country, not your identity. When you reply to a manufacturer's offer, contact details unlock for both sides at the same moment. This keeps first messages relevant and protects both sides from spam.
How are manufacturers verified?
Manufacturers register on ihracatyap.com with company details, products and certifications. Profiles marked 'Verified' have passed an additional check. We list only real, active Turkish manufacturers — no inflated numbers.
How is my data protected?
Your name, email, company, phone and website are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in a separate table that only server-side code can read. Manufacturers never see them until you reply. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How long does a request stay open?
30 days. After that it expires automatically; you can submit a new one any time.
What if I don't get replies?
Most requests in active categories receive replies within a few days. If yours doesn't, try adding detail (specs, quantity, target market) or choosing a more specific subcategory — and check your spam folder for emails from meetexporters.com.
